Job Description

DEPARTMENT: BD – Business Development
TEAM: CS – Customer Service
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Team Leader / Accounts Manager
WORKING LOCATION: Atlas Furniture Asia China Head Office, Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
WORKING DAYS: 6 Days per week between Monday and Sunday (depending on workload)
WORKING HOURS: 09:00 – 18:00

Job Accountabilities

  1. Follow Company ethos, work-style, mission & values, health & safety, etc.
  2. Report your location and your progress (good & bad) daily with your manager
  3. Hold and / or present at regular meetings with vendor and internal teams
  4. Update Job Knowledge

Work Instructions

  1. Support the Accounts Managers to follow & supervise orders from start to finish
  2. Read & reply to client and factory emails in an appropriate time-frame
  3. Update Company electronic records system as to your progress
  4. Track & monitor UKFR certification on all materials sold
  5. Submit company-wide credit card and expense reports to MD
  6. Assist with other tasks, such as translation or travel bookings, as required

  2. 及时查看和回复客户和工厂的邮件
  3. 更新公司的电子记录系统
  4. 跟踪和监控所有原料的英标防火证书
  5. 向总经理提交公司信用卡和费用报告
  6. 根据需要协助其他工作,如翻译或出差预订

Job Requirements

  1. Business English or related degree highly desirable
  2. Having minimum 5 years’ experience in an order follower, ideally in the furniture industry, preferably in sizeable and multi-national companies.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Computer literate (WeChat, Email, MS Windows and MS Office Online)
  5. Should exhibit effective communication skills and ability to work and interact with others.
  6. Experience living in in Asia and prepared to travel.

  3. 优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力

  6. 居住亚洲,愿意出差
