The QC’s role is one of total dedication to quality, our customers are our life blood of the company. Our customers satisfaction is paramount and a100% QC check on all beds is mandatory if we want to achieve an industry leading, less than 1% Service request on product.

Please note: Atlas is an English-speaking company. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will take precedence.

Job Accountabilities / Key Performance Indicators

  1. You must always be loyal to the Atlas brands and for what it stands for, the work ethics of the company and style of work we do. Its mission & values, health & safety, discretion and loyalties disciplines always read the staff handbook etc.
  2. Your responsibility is also to your fellow workers to help them achieve a world-class performance and in turn, help you achieve all your own KPI’S
  3. Every night before going to the factory the next day contact the QC manager or work schedules, to ensure the product will be ready
  4. Before you start your QC, you have documents pictures tools etc to complete your job successfully.
  5. Report to the factory manager/fire officer as soon as you arrive into the factory so they know your there and report out when leaving.
  6. We must check the materials coming into the factory every time you’re in the factory
  7. You check the frames which are going into production to make sure they are fit for purpose
  8. You check the sewing as the sewing is up to our standard and the panels are not upside down for next week’s production
  9. Atlas operates a 100% QC policy on all item we supply to an end customer, this means you personally QC 100% of all HB FB side rails boarded tops, You check 25% of all legs fitting and gas lift mechanisms even if they are already packed and look great we check
  10. You must finish the QC report within 24 hours of completion of the QC and send the report to the line manager, upload QC pictures within 24 hours correctly identified.
  11. Build a minimum of one bed per size do not let the factory build, you do it
  12. We check the packed box weights all metal parts to see if factory parts weights are different to our specification weights.
  13. We check all SM to make sure they are correct
  14. We do a 100% packing check to make sure what goes in the box is correct
  15. We talk with the factories about AFA shipping schedules daily and confirm with the staff in the AFA office
  16. If you have any problems while doing the QC make sure your QC manager is fully aware of the situation and advising you how to complete your QC.
  17. If other product being made in the factory Before ours, immediately send pictures and contact your QC manager
  18. You arrive at the factory after traveling at 8am, you don’t start traveling at 8am you make you way to your place of work in your own time. See contract for details
  19. Your QE or QA will show you new product, and explain any things to be careful with when QC of a new product
  20. Make 0 changes to any product without documenting and without a written confirmation from the QA who agreed the sample, if you do change and it goes wrong you personally will pay any cost incurred, all changes on spec sheets.
  21. Never load or download any soft wear which is not genuine on to any AFA equipment without written authorisation from the IT team
  22. Work closely with the suppliers when we receive a problem to help sort out quickly, reply same day
  23. Make sure when samples are made, you get the spec sheet within 48 hours, get the line drawings from the factory & BOM so you can check every item if the product is correct
  24. Discuss and report your progress (good & bad) daily with your in-line manager/Team leader
  25. When there is no work always go back to show room to make sure all items are built and neat and tidy or go to work in the next qc factory to check components are being made correctly
  26. Must reply to all emails WeChat & Texts received within 24 hours urgent information emails as priority
  27. Be aware of all service issues and discuss with Factory and HR about possible claim back
  28. Any other task required by QA-QC manager.

  4. 在开始你的QC工作前,确保你有文件,图片,工具等,助你成功开展工作。
  5. 每当到工厂或者离开工厂的时候向生产经理或者消防安全员汇报,让他们知道你在工厂或者已经离开。
  6. 当在工厂的时候,每次对工厂的来料进行检查。
  7. 检查正在生产的架子, 确保架子适合使用。
  8. 检车针车符合我们的标准,不会存在色差或者方向错。
  9. 公司秉承着出给客户的所有产品都全检的原则,这意味着你亲自检查所有的床头,床尾,床侧,平板。 即使已经包装了看起来很好,床脚、五金配件,气动三角架也要抽检25%。
  10. 在24小时内完成验货报告并发给上级领导,24小时内上传验货图片。
  11. 每个尺寸每个产品亲自组装一套床,不能让工厂组装。
  12. 检查包装材料的重量,铁件的重量, 和规格表上的做对比是否有差别。
  13. 检查箱唛,确保没有问题。
  14. 包装时,做到全检,确保包装不出问题。
  15. 每日与工厂沟通排产和出货计划,并和办公室确认。
  16. 如果在验货的过程中遇到问题,确保及时与上级领导沟通,让上级领导清楚了解状况,并得到上级领导的指示如何完成工作。
  17. 如果看见有别的产品安排在我们的计划之前,立即拍照并与上级领导联系。
  18. 早上8点到工厂,而不是8点才开始出发去工厂。 利用自己的时间在路上,详情见合同。
  19. 你的上级领导会介绍新的产品,并解释验新产品需要注意的事项。
  20. 在没有样板确认人员书面确认的情况下,不能接受对产品做任何的改变,否则个人将要承担任何造成的损失。
  21. 在没有IT团队书面授权,不能在公司设备上安装任何软件。
  22. 和工厂紧密合作,当出现问题的时候,协助快速解决并当天回复。
  23. 确保样板完成后你在48小时内拿到规格表, 从工厂拿到线条图,材料清单表。以便于你检查产品,确保无误。
  24. 向上级领导/团队领导汇报讨论工作进展(好的坏的)
  25. 当没有工作安排的时候,确保展厅所有的产品都组装了,并且干净;或者到下一个要验货的工厂检查所有的部件是否都没有问题。
  26. 必须在24小时内回复邮件、微信、信息,急的邮件信息优先处理。
  27. 清楚所有的投诉问题并与工厂和办公室讨论索赔事宜。
  28. 上级领导交代的其他工作。
