What Hand Facing? Left versus Right-Hand Facing Features

‘Facing’ tells us to FACE the object
A furniture industry standard is to regard the right-hand facing side as the side to the right of the item AS YOU ARE FACING IT (see image 1).
This can get confusing for end-user customers who are sitting in the chair, as this side feels very much like the left (see image 2).
When referring to ‘RHF’ / ‘LHF’ (Right / Left Hand Facing), please remember this industry standard.
